I'm a ph.d. candidate at UC Berkeley in socio-cultural anthropology. I'm writing a dissertation on mass digitization and the remediation of books. I will finish in summer 2012. Before coming to Berkeley for my ph.d. program I was an acquisitions editor in the humanities at Princeton University Press for 12+ years.
