Lori Lindberg

Lori Lindberg is a lecturer in the Master of Archives and Records Administration (MARA) degree at San Jose State University's School of Library and Information Science and the archives specialization in the MLIS degree. She has also taught at UCLA and the University of Wisconsin - Madison. In addition to her academic work, Lori is an archival consultant having work relationships with entities large and small, including the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, California State Parks, and NPR's Kitchen Sisters. She is a member of the Society of California Archivists, the Academy of Certified Archivists, ARMA International and the Society of American Archivists (SAA), where she has served on numerous award committees and as Chair of the Archival Educators Roundtable. Lori currently serves a 3 year appointment to the SAA Committee on Education and is the Chair of the Digital Archives Specialist curriculum subcommittee, overseeing the rollout of SAA's new continuing education initiative in digital archives. Lori was selected as a recipient of the WISE (Web-based Information Science Education Consortium) Excellence in Online Teaching Award for 2010.
